# Do Not Call List

> Keep specific numbers from ever being dialed by your AI Calling campaigns and integrations.

Your **Do Not Call list** is your account's own list of phone numbers that must never be
called by AI Calling. Add a number once and it's honored everywhere — every campaign and
every integration-triggered call, every time.

<Note>
  This is **separate** from the optional paid **national Do Not Call registry scrub** you can
  enable on a campaign. The national scrub checks numbers against the government registry; the
  Do Not Call list described here is your own internal list and is always on and free.
</Note>

## Where to find it

Open **Do Not Call** from the sidebar — it sits in the **General** section because the list
applies account-wide, to outbound campaigns and integration-triggered calls alike. Numbers are
listed newest first — 25 per page by default (you can switch to 50 or 100) — along with when
each was added and why.

To check whether a specific number is on your list, paste it into the **search box** above the
table. Partial numbers work too: type at least 3 digits and the list narrows to numbers
starting with what you've typed, with or without the country code.

## Adding numbers

There are three ways a number gets onto your list:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Add manually">
    Click **Add number**, enter a phone number, optionally pick a reason, and save. To add many
    at once, choose **Paste a list** and paste numbers (one per line, or comma-separated) — any
    invalid entries are skipped and reported.
  </Step>

  <Step title="From a call result">
    On any recipient in a campaign's results, use **Add to Do Not Call** to suppress that number
    in one click.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Automatically, when someone opts out">
    If a person asks not to be called again during a call (e.g. "remove me from your list", "do
    not call me"), their number is **added automatically** after the call.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## How numbers are enforced

A number on your Do Not Call list is skipped everywhere a campaign or integration starts
calls:

* **Before launch** — the campaign send step shows how many of your selected numbers are on the
  list, flags recipients who have no other number and so won't be called at all, and excludes
  the skipped numbers from the recipient / call counts and the cost estimate.
* **At launch** — when a campaign starts (or is scheduled), any recipient whose number is on
  the list is skipped. The campaign's Results section shows how many numbers were skipped.
* **Integration and webhook calls** — calls triggered from your **Integrations** (HubSpot,
  Zapier, Make, website forms, or your own custom webhooks) are checked against the list
  before dialing. A blocked call appears in the campaign's Results as blocked by your Do Not
  Call list; no credits are used.

<Note>
  The list is applied when a campaign launches or is scheduled. If you add a number **after**
  a campaign was already scheduled, that campaign's queued calls to the number may still go
  out — remove the contact from the scheduled campaign to stop them.
</Note>

<Note>
  **Revenue Recovery** calls are the one exception: they reach out to your own existing
  customers about their subscription and are not filtered by this list today.
</Note>

## Teams

For **team accounts**, the Do Not Call list is honored **across the whole team** — a number
added by anyone on the team is suppressed for every team member's campaigns.

* **Team owners** see every number added by any sub-account, along with who added each one.
* **Sub-accounts** see the numbers they added.

<Tip>
  Removing a number from the list lets future campaigns call it again. If someone asked not to
  be contacted, leave them on the list.
