# Insights

> See your AI Calling results for the last 7 days at a glance.

The **Insights** tab gives you a quick read on how your AI Calling has performed over the last 7 days, plus a summary of the follow-ups your AI sent on your behalf. It pulls the same numbers as the web dashboard, formatted for a single glance on your phone.

All figures on this tab cover the **trailing 7 days** — the screen shows a **Last 7 days** label under the title. To pull the latest numbers, swipe down to refresh.

## Result Stats

A row of three stat cards summarises your call activity for the window:

| Stat         | What it counts                        |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------- |
| **Calls**    | Total calls placed in the last 7 days |
| **Answered** | Calls that were picked up             |
| **Leads**    | Answered calls that turned into leads |

If a value isn't available yet, the card shows a dash (**–**) instead of a number.

## Rate Card

When there's enough activity to calculate them, a highlighted card sits below the stats showing two rates:

| Rate                    | How it's calculated          |
| ----------------------- | ---------------------------- |
| **% of calls answered** | Answered calls ÷ total calls |
| **% became leads**      | Leads ÷ answered calls       |

The card reads, for example, **"42% of calls answered · 18% became leads"**. The answer rate appears once you have at least one call; the became-leads rate appears once you have at least one answered call. Either figure shows a dash (**–**) when it can't be calculated yet.

## Follow-Ups Sent By Your AI

The **FOLLOW-UPS SENT BY YOUR AI** section shows what your AI did automatically after calls, in two cards:

| Card       | What it shows                                                                                                                      |
| ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **emails** | Follow-up emails your AI sent — combines consented emails and missed-call re-engagement emails — sent **via your connected inbox** |
| **missed** | Missed calls still worth retrying, labelled **calls to retry**                                                                     |
