# Mobile App Overview
> How AtllasX puts your AI Calling results and follow-ups in your pocket.
AtllasX is the mobile surface of AI Calling. Its job is to bring your **results** and **follow-up actions** to your phone, so the moment a call lands a hot lead or books a meeting, you can listen to the recording and send the follow-up in one tap. Campaign creation and setup stay on the web — the full web dashboard is always one tap away.
AtllasX is a separate build of the mobile app. The native experience described here only appears in AtllasX builds; the regular Atllas build opens straight to the web dashboard.
## The bottom tab bar
When you sign in to AtllasX, you land on a native four-tab home. The bottom tab bar is your map of the app:

| **Follow-ups** | The leads worth acting on — hot leads and booked meetings, with a follow-up ready to send. |
| **Insights** | Deeper analytics on how your calling is performing. |
| **More** | Your account, the web dashboard, the story tour, What's New, and sign out. |
You build and edit campaigns on the web. AtllasX is where you act on the results those campaigns produce — it does not replace the web dashboard, it sits alongside it.
## Home tab
The **Home** tab opens on your stats for the day. A header shows the current window and date, and three stat cards summarize your calling:

| **Answered** | Calls that were answered. |
| **Leads** | Leads generated in the window. |
### Today / Week / All
A toggle below the header switches the window for both the header and the stat cards:

Pull down to refresh. Home paints instantly from your last results and quietly refreshes in the background, so you rarely wait on a loading screen.
### Campaigns
Below the stats, the **CAMPAIGNS** section lists your most recent campaigns with live stats (calls, answered, and hot leads). Each campaign shows a status chip:
| Chip | Meaning |
| ------------- | ----------------------------------- |
| **LIVE** | The campaign is actively executing. |
| **RUNNING** | The campaign is queued and running. |
| **SCHEDULED** | The campaign is scheduled to run. |
| **DONE** | The campaign has completed. |
| **DRAFT** | The campaign is a draft. |
Tapping any campaign opens the web dashboard, where you can view and edit it in full.
### Usage
A usage card shows how many calls you've used this billing period — for example, **48 of 150 calls this month** — alongside how many calls you have left and a progress bar. Below that, an **Open web dashboard** button takes you to campaigns, CRM, and settings on the web.
### First run
If you've never run a campaign or made a call, Home shows a first-run setup experience instead of stats. It includes:
* A swipeable, four-slide story that walks through the model: **Start on the web**, **Your AI gets calling**, **Hot leads land here**, and **Then hit Autopilot**.
* A **Book a free demo** button (we'll set it up with you).
* An **Or set up on your laptop** card pointing to **app.atllasx.com → New campaign**.
* An **Open the web dashboard** link.
The first time you reach this state, a full-screen **story tour** also plays automatically. It's a five-slide, Instagram-story-style walkthrough — tap the right side to advance, the left to go back, or **Skip** to dismiss — covering setup on the web, your AI calling every lead, plugging in your CRM, hot leads landing in your pocket, and Autopilot clearing your list. The tour is shown once.
The story tour is only shown to brand-new accounts. If you already have campaigns or calls, you'll see your real Home and never the tour.
### What's New
Existing users see a **What's new** sheet once per release, listing recent additions to the app (the current version is shown at the top). You can reopen it anytime from the **More** tab. Brand-new users get the story tour instead of the What's New sheet, so the two never stack on top of each other.
## More tab
The **More** tab is your doorway to everything deeper. It shows your name and initials at the top, then:
* **Open web dashboard** — opens the full AtllasX experience in your browser.
* A list of web destinations, each of which opens the web dashboard:

* **How AtllasX works** — replays the story tour on demand.
* **What's new** — reopens the latest release notes.
* **Sign out** — signs you out natively after a confirmation prompt (**Sign out? You can sign back in anytime.**); you can sign back in at any time.
Whenever you open the web dashboard from anywhere in AtllasX, a small **‹ Back to app** pill floats in the bottom-left of the web view so you can jump straight back to the native home.
