# What is AtllasX?

> Meet the workspace for AI Calling and AI Receptionist.

AtllasX helps your team manage outbound conversations and inbound calls from one portal.

Use **AI Calling** to build campaigns that call a list of contacts. Use **AI Receptionist** to answer calls to dedicated business numbers.

## Work from one portal

AtllasX brings these workflows together:

* **Dashboard** shows your open follow-ups from AI Calling and AI Receptionist.
* **Bookings** combines appointments created by both products.
* **Outbound Campaigns** contains campaigns, analytics, call logs, and reusable scripts.
* **AI Receptionist** contains receptionists, voicemail, knowledge, and settings.
* **Do Not Call** protects phone numbers across outbound campaigns.
* **Team** lets account owners manage access and ownership.

## Choose a product

AI Calling places outbound calls for campaigns you create. You control the script, voice, contacts, options, schedule, and launch.

AI Receptionist answers inbound calls. Each receptionist has a dedicated number, its own knowledge, and its own call-handling settings.

Both products can create appointments on your connected calendar. The **Bookings** page gives eligible accounts one combined view.
