# What is hyzl?

> An overview of the hyzl Portal and its AI-powered products.

hyzl gives businesses AI-powered phone agents. They win back customers who cancel, make outbound sales calls, and answer your inbound calls. You do not need to hire more staff.

## The products

### Revenue Recovery

Revenue Recovery connects to your billing provider, either Stripe or RevenueCat. It calls a member about a minute after they cancel a subscription. The call learns why they left and wins them back with a discount, applied directly in your billing account. Every call, text, and recovered dollar is tracked in its own Analytics.

Use Revenue Recovery when you run a subscription business and want cancellations answered automatically.

### AI Calling

AI Calling runs automated outbound call campaigns. You upload a list of contacts, configure how the AI speaks and what it says, then launch. The AI calls every contact on its own. It handles objections, leaves voicemails, and sends follow-up SMS or emails.

Use AI Calling when you want to reach a large number of contacts at scale.

### AI Receptionist

AI Receptionist answers your inbound calls 24/7. It greets callers, answers FAQs, collects contact details, books meetings, and forwards warm leads to your team. Every call is transcribed and scored for lead quality, so you never miss a hot lead. It also answers your Revenue Recovery callback number, so members who call back get their win-back offer during that call.

## How credits work

The products run on a credit system. One credit covers one call attempt that reaches the network, whether the call is answered, goes to voicemail, or rings with no answer. The length of the call does not change the cost. hyzl refunds calls that never get through. Your subscription plan includes credits, and you can buy more separately.

The free plan does not include any calling credits, so it cannot launch calls. See [The Free Plan](/docs/getting-started/free-plan) for what it includes instead.
