# Claude & ChatGPT Connector

> Run AI Calling campaigns straight from Claude or ChatGPT by connecting Atllas as an MCP connector.

Connect Atllas to **Claude** or **ChatGPT** and run your AI Calling campaigns by chatting — check your remaining calls, review past calls and lead warmth, draft a campaign, and launch it, all without leaving the assistant. It works through the open [Model Context Protocol (MCP)](https://modelcontextprotocol.io) standard, so the same connection works in Claude (web and desktop), ChatGPT, and any other MCP-compatible client.

<Note>
  The connector is available on **paid Atllas plans**. Everything runs through your normal Atllas account, so your billing, consent, and calling-window rules always apply — the assistant can never bypass them.
</Note>

## How it works

You add one connector URL to Claude or ChatGPT and sign in to Atllas once to approve it. After that, you can ask the assistant to work with your campaigns in plain language. The assistant confirms each action that places real calls before it runs.

The connector URL is:

```
https://api.atllas.com/api/mcp
```

## Connect to Claude

<Note>
  Custom connectors are available on Claude's paid plans, under **Settings → Connectors**.
</Note>

1. In Claude, open **Settings → Connectors**.
2. Click **Add custom connector**.
3. Paste the connector URL: `https://api.atllas.com/api/mcp`
4. Click **Add**, then **Connect**.
5. You'll be sent to Atllas to sign in and approve access. Review what the connector can do, then click **Allow**.
6. You're connected. Try asking: *"How many AI calls do I have left this month?"*

## Connect to ChatGPT

<Note>
  Custom connectors require **Developer mode**, available on ChatGPT's paid plans under **Settings → Connectors → Advanced**.
</Note>

1. In ChatGPT, open **Settings → Connectors** and enable **Developer mode**.
2. Click **Create** (or **Add custom connector**).
3. Paste the connector URL: `https://api.atllas.com/api/mcp`
4. Continue, then sign in to Atllas and click **Allow** to approve access.
5. You're connected. Start a chat and ask it to list your campaigns.

## What you can ask for

Once connected, the assistant can:

| Ask for…                                                        | What it does                                                  |
| --------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| "How many calls do I have left?" | Shows your plan limit and remaining calls this billing period |
| "List my campaigns" | Lists your AI Calling campaigns and their results |
| "Show me the last few calls on \<campaign>" | Pulls calls with transcripts, summaries, and lead warmth |
| "Who should I follow up with?" | Surfaces your hot and warm leads with open follow-ups |
| "Create a campaign that calls these people and asks about \<X>" | Drafts a new campaign from your instructions |
| "Launch it" | Starts the campaign and begins placing calls |

Anything that places a real call (previewing, creating, or launching a campaign) is confirmed by the assistant before it runs.

## Permissions

When you approve the connector, you grant it access to:

* **See your campaigns and their results**
* **See your calls, transcripts, and lead warmth**
* **Create and launch calling campaigns on your behalf**

By default the connector is granted full access so you can do everything from the assistant. The connection acts as you, and every call still counts against your plan and obeys your calling-window and consent settings.

## Troubleshooting

* **"This token is not authorized" / nothing happens after connecting** — Remove the connector and add it again, making sure the URL is exactly `https://api.atllas.com/api/mcp`.
* **"Connecting an AI assistant requires a paid Atllas plan"** — The connector is a paid feature. Upgrade your plan and try again.
* **The assistant can't see your campaigns** — Make sure you completed the **Allow** step in Atllas; if you closed that window, start the connect flow again.

## Disconnecting

To disconnect, remove the Atllas connector from your assistant's settings:

* **Claude:** Settings → Connectors → Atllas → Remove.
* **ChatGPT:** Settings → Connectors → Atllas → Remove.

This immediately stops the assistant from accessing your Atllas account.
