# Team-based Campaign Management

> How campaigns work within a team context.

## Independent Campaigns

Each team member runs their own campaigns independently. Campaigns are not shared between members — each person's campaigns are private to their account.

## Credit Allocation

When a member places a call, it draws from their personal credit allotment (set by the owner). If a member exhausts their allotment before the billing cycle resets, they cannot place additional calls until:

* The owner increases their allotment, or
* The owner transfers additional credits to them, or
* The billing cycle resets

## Filtering Campaigns by Member

Team owners can view campaigns across the team by navigating to **Teams → Campaigns** and filtering by member. This gives the owner visibility into activity levels, credit consumption, and results across the team.

## Campaign Visibility

Members can only see their own campaigns. They do not have access to other members' campaigns, contacts, transcripts, or results.

## Shared Resources

The following resources are shared across the team:
