What shows up
Each lead you’ve engaged appears as a card, newest activity first. A card shows:- The lead’s initials (color-coded by warmth) and name
- How many touches you’ve made and when the last one was (e.g. “2 touches · 5m ago”)
- A tag for each channel you used — Called, Texted, or Emailed
How touches get logged
A touch is recorded the moment you take an action that the app can observe:| Action | Logged as |

Before you’ve reached anyone, the tab reads Nothing handled yet with a note that touches will show up here as you call, text, or email leads from your follow-ups.The Handled tab shows touches from your current session. A permanent history across days is coming soon.
