The Handled tab in AtllasX is your record of who you’ve actually reached. Every time you call, text, or email a lead from your Follow-ups feed or through Autopilot, the touch is logged here — so you always know who you’ve already contacted and how.

What shows up

Each lead you’ve engaged appears as a card, newest activity first. A card shows:
  • The lead’s initials (color-coded by warmth) and name
  • How many touches you’ve made and when the last one was (e.g. “2 touches · 5m ago”)
  • A tag for each channel you used — Called, Texted, or Emailed
If you reach the same lead more than once — say a text and then a call — they stay a single card, with one tag per channel, so the log reflects the person rather than every individual action.

How touches get logged

A touch is recorded the moment you take an action that the app can observe:
ActionLogged as
Tapping Call on a follow-up or in AutopilotCalled
Sending a text from your follow-up or AutopilotTexted
Sending an email from your follow-up or AutopilotEmailed
The tab re-reads its log every time you open it, so a lead you just reached on another screen appears immediately when you switch back.

Empty state

Before you’ve reached anyone, the tab reads Nothing handled yet with a note that touches will show up here as you call, text, or email leads from your follow-ups.
The Handled tab shows touches from your current session. A permanent history across days is coming soon.
