Atllas offers tiered subscription plans for both AI Calling and AI Receptionist. Higher tiers include more monthly credits, additional team member seats, and access to advanced features like voice cloning.To view or change your plan, click your avatar in the top-right, then open the Billing or Subscription tab.
Credits are the currency of the Atllas platform. Both products charge one credit per connected call, regardless of how long the call lasts. Calls that don’t reach a successful conversation (Failed, Cancelled, DNC) are refunded automatically.Your monthly credit allotment resets on your billing cycle date. Unused credits do not roll over.
If you run low mid-cycle, click the Buy Credits button in the top navigation bar (visible while you’re inside an AI Calling page) to purchase a one-time credit top-up. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment.
AI Receptionist supports automatic top-off: when your balance drops below a threshold, the portal charges your payment method and adds credits automatically. Configure this under AI Receptionist → Settings.
Your saved card is shown on the Billing tab in your account. To update it, click Edit and enter new card details. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
If a charge fails, you will see a banner in the portal. The system will retry the charge automatically. You can also trigger a manual retry from the billing page after updating your payment method.
