Plans

hyzl has a free plan and five paid subscription tiers: Explorer, Rising Star, Champion, Elite, and Platinum. Higher paid tiers include more monthly credits and access to advanced features like voice cloning. Team member seats are not tied to your tier. Each team member adds a per-seat charge on top of your subscription (see Teams). See The Free Plan for what the free tier includes and how to upgrade. To view or change your plan, click the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar. Settings opens. Then open the Billing or Subscription tab. Which one you have depends on your plan.

Subscriptions purchased through an App Store

You may have purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The hyzl mobile app is one example. In that case, the Subscription tab shows a management card for that store. The card links to the store’s subscription settings. Apple and Google do not allow us to cancel or change those subscriptions on your behalf. You can hold subscriptions on more than one platform. One example is a base plan purchased on your phone plus an AI Calling add-on purchased on the web. In that case, the Subscription tab shows one management card per platform. You then manage each subscription where you purchased it.

Credits

Credits are the currency of the hyzl platform. Both products charge one credit per connected call, regardless of how long the call lasts. hyzl automatically refunds a call that does not reach a successful conversation (Failed, Cancelled, Do Not Call). Your monthly credit allotment resets on your billing cycle date. Unused credits do not roll over.

Buy more credits

If you run low mid-cycle, click the Buy Credits button at the bottom of the sidebar. It purchases a one-time credit top-up. hyzl adds the credits to your account immediately after payment.

Auto top-off (AI Receptionist)

AI Receptionist supports automatic top-off. When your balance drops below a threshold, the portal charges your payment method and adds credits automatically. Configure this on your receptionist’s Settings page.

AI Calling Settings

The AI Calling tab in Settings holds account-wide defaults for AI-drafted follow-up emails. They are Sender name, Business description, Topic/Goal, and Meeting link. The AI uses them when drafting emails on your behalf. This tab is also where you connect a Google and/or Outlook account. The AI then sends emails and books meetings on your calendar during campaigns.

Payment method

The Billing tab in your account shows your saved card. To update it, click Edit and enter new card details. Stripe processes all payments securely.

Failed payments

If an AI Receptionist auto top-off charge fails, a banner appears on the AI Receptionist page. The banner carries an Update Payment Method action. Update your card there. The next automatic charge uses the new payment method. For subscription payment issues, Stripe retries the charge automatically after you update your card on the Billing tab.
