How Credits Are Used

AI Calling deducts one credit per connected call. A call is considered connected the moment the other end picks up (whether a person or voicemail). Calls that don’t reach a successful conversation — statuses Failed, Cancelled, or DNC (filtered out by Do Not Call list) — are refunded automatically.

Viewing Your Balance

Your account balance and usage breakdown live under your Account page (open the avatar menu in the top-right and choose Billing).

Monthly Allotment

Your subscription plan includes a set number of credits per month. The allotment resets on your billing cycle date — unused credits do not carry over.

Purchasing Additional Credits

To buy additional credits, click the Buy Credits button in the top navigation bar (visible while you’re inside an AI Calling page) and choose a credit package. Credits are added immediately and do not expire within the current billing period.

Team Credit Allotments

If you are a team owner, you can allocate credits to individual team members. Each member draws from their allotment independently. See Teams → Campaign Management for details.
