Your AtllasX plan includes a call allowance for each billing period. The portal shows the remaining amount while you build and launch campaigns.

Review campaign usage

The launch summary estimates usage from the dialable phone attempts. A contact with several phone numbers can require more than one attempt. AtllasX reserves 1 credit when it dispatches an attempt that reaches the calling network. It refunds Failed, Cancelled, and Do Not Call attempts. Fallback columns such as phone2 and phone3 can add attempts for the same contact. AtllasX tries fallback numbers until one connects or no numbers remain. Each attempt that reaches the network can use a credit. Internal Do Not Call exclusions reduce the dialable total before launch. Paid add-ons appear separately in the cost summary. Review the final estimate after you change contacts, options, or Do Not Call settings.

Monthly allowance and purchased credits

Your subscription includes a set allowance for each billing period. The subscription allowance resets on the billing date, and unused subscription credits do not carry over. Choose Buy Credits in the sidebar to buy a one-time package. AtllasX adds purchased credits after the payment succeeds.

Resolve a shortfall

AtllasX blocks launch when the available amount cannot cover the campaign requirement. Use the purchase flow to add credits. Add or update the payment method when the purchase screen requests it. Return to the campaign after payment and wait for the balance to refresh. Review the launch estimate again before confirming. An automatic missed-call retry can buy credits when its balance control allows it. Turn on auto top-off in Missed Call Retry when the campaign should buy credits during retries. Set the campaign’s credit cap. Set a positive cap from 1 to 1,000 credits to limit automatic purchases for that campaign. A value of 0 allows unlimited purchases. Auto top-off requires a payment method on file.

Review account usage

Choose Analytics to compare billing-period usage with projected activity. Use that projection when you plan later campaigns. Choose Settings in the sidebar, then Subscription, to open subscription and billing controls. Team owners can move credits between member allotments. AI Receptionist balance

AI Receptionist uses the account’s shared receptionist credit balance and supports automatic top-off. Its dedicated-number billing is separate from campaign estimates. See AI Receptionist credits and billing for those controls.
