Sending an Invitation

  1. Go to Teams → Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the colleague’s email address
  4. Click Send Invite
An invitation email is sent to the address with a link to join the team. The invitation expires after 7 days.

Pending Invitations

Sent invitations appear in the Pending section of the member list until accepted. You can resend or cancel a pending invitation at any time.

Accepting an Invitation

When a colleague receives an invitation email:
  1. They click the join link
  2. If they do not have an Atllas account, they are prompted to create one
  3. After signing in or signing up, they are added to your team automatically

Removing a Member

To remove a member from your team:
  1. Click the member’s name in the member list
  2. Click Remove Member
  3. Confirm the removal

Grace Period

Removal is not immediate. The member retains access until the end of the current billing cycle. This gives them time to complete active campaigns and export any data they need. You can cancel a removal before the billing cycle ends by clicking Cancel Removal next to the member’s name.
Removed members do not receive a refund for unused credits. Any credits allocated to them return to the team owner’s pool at the end of the grace period.

Member Leaving

Members can also leave a team voluntarily from Teams → My Team → Leave Team. The same grace period applies.
