AtllasX sends a push notification to your phone the instant a call finalizes as a hot lead — or books a meeting — so you can follow up while the lead is still warm, instead of finding out the next time you open the dashboard. It’s speed-to-lead, right in your pocket.

When you get notified

A notification fires once, the moment a call finishes and your AI marks it a hot lead:
  • Hot lead — ”🔥 New hot lead — {Lead name} 💵”, with a short summary of the call.
  • Booked meeting — ”📅 {Lead name} booked {day} at {time}”, when the call ends with an appointment on the books.
You only get a notification when a call finalizes as hot — not when you manually change a lead’s warmth yourself, since you already know about that one.

Tapping the notification

Tapping a hot-lead notification deep-links you straight into the Follow-ups feed, where that lead is already waiting with a pre-written call, text, or email ready to send. If the app is already open when a hot lead lands, AtllasX shows the alert as an in-app banner instead — tapping it routes to Follow-ups exactly like a regular push.

Turning notifications on

During sign-up, AtllasX shows a quick screen explaining hot-lead alerts with a Turn on notifications button — tap it and approve your phone’s permission prompt. (If you skip it there, your phone will still ask the first time you open the home screen.)

Managing notifications in the app

You can turn hot-lead alerts on or off anytime from inside the app — no need to dig through your phone’s settings:
  1. Go to the More tab
  2. Tap Notifications
  3. Toggle Hot leads on or off
Turning the toggle off stops hot-lead pushes for your account on every device, instantly — and turning it back on resumes them, no reinstall needed.
Phones only ask for notification permission once. If you previously declined it, the in-app toggle will send you straight to your phone’s Settings to switch it back on — that’s the only place iOS lets you re-enable it.
Sign out and that device stops receiving your hot-lead alerts (your token is removed). Sign back in and open the home screen to start receiving them again.
