Review activity and campaign ownership

The team owner can review account activity and manage campaign ownership. Members do not see the owner-only activity and management controls.

Audit log

The audit log records significant team events. Entries identify the actor, target, time, and relevant details. Entries are append-only. Team members cannot edit or delete the activity history.

What is logged

AtllasX can record these event types: An actor named system identifies an automated account event.

Where to view

Open Team > Activity. Only the team owner can view the activity log.

Resource management

The portal provides ownership controls for AI Calling campaigns. A campaign keeps one owner while it belongs to the team.

Claim personal resources

Use Add to Team from an eligible personal campaign’s actions. The move is permanent and makes the campaign available for team ownership. For a bulk move, choose up to 100 personal campaigns and click Add to Team. Move larger sets in batches of 100 or fewer.

Reassign resources between members

The team owner can choose Reassign and assign the campaign to an active member. The owner can also use Take Ownership. Reassignment moves ownership. It does not create a copy or a shared version.
