Create an AtllasX account for yourself or accept an invitation from your team owner.

Create an account

  1. Open AtllasX.
  2. Choose the sign-up option.
  3. Continue with Google or Apple, or enter the requested account details.
  4. Choose Champion, Elite, or Platinum when AtllasX asks for a plan.
  5. Complete the remaining registration steps.
Your email address identifies your account. Use an address that you can access for password and account notices.

Sign in

  1. Open AtllasX.
  2. Enter the credentials for your account.
  3. Complete any identity prompt from your sign-in provider.
Team members use their own credentials. They do not share the account owner’s sign-in.

Reset your password

  1. Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your account email.
  3. Choose Send Email.
  4. Open the reset message and follow its link.
  5. Set a new password, then return to sign-in.
The message can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Check your spam folder before requesting another message. Ask your team owner to confirm the invited address when a team invitation does not appear.
