Choose Scripts under Outbound Campaigns to manage reusable call scripts. Create a reusable script when several campaigns need the same persona, company context, or conversation structure.

Create a script

  1. Choose New script.
  2. Add a website or training material when it can improve the context.
  3. Complete the call details.
  4. Generate the script.
  5. Review and edit the full content.
  6. Save the script with a clear name.
The script list shows saved scripts that your account can use. Open an existing script to edit it.

Use a saved script

Choose the saved-script option when you start a campaign. Review the script again for that campaign’s contact list and offer. Changes to a campaign copy do not always represent a change to the reusable source. Confirm which editor you opened before saving. Edits made inside a campaign stay with that campaign. They do not change the saved library script.

Remove scripts

Choose one or more scripts, then use the delete action. AtllasX asks for confirmation before it removes them. Removing a saved script does not rewrite completed call records. Check active drafts before you remove a script they still need. Deleting a saved script does not change campaigns that already copied and used it.

Write safe content

Keep claims accurate, identify the represented business, and request only information needed for the call. AtllasX screens the agent instructions, first message, and voicemail message. Read the script content policy before saving or launching.
