Calling a lead the moment they submit a form is powerful, but make sure your form captures consent to be called. It’s a better experience and keeps you onside with telemarketing rules in most regions.
Connect your Page
- Go to AI Calling → Integrations → Inbound → Meta lead ads.
- Click Connect and log in with Facebook.
- Approve access and select the Page whose lead forms you want to use.
Choose which forms call (and how)
Open Lead Forms on the Meta integration card. Each lead form on your Page is listed with its own settings:Turn a form on or off
Use the toggle to control whether leads from that form get called. Forms are off by default — switch on only the ones you want Atllas to call. This is how you avoid calling every lead.
Pick the agent
Choose which calling campaign / agent handles the form. Different forms can route to different agents — for example a “Request a demo” form to your sales agent and a “Support” form to a callback agent.
Set how fast to call
- Speed to Lead (recommended) — calls the moment the lead submits.
- Delay — wait a set time first (minutes, hours, or up to days), e.g. “call 1 day after submit”.
Set when to call
Optionally restrict calls to certain hours and days (for example, business hours only). Leads that arrive outside the window are queued and called when the window next opens — never dropped. Leave it off and a delayed call falls back to your campaign’s hours; a Speed to Lead call (a consented “we’ll call you in 60 seconds” callback) dials right away, any time.
Good to know
- One Page per account for now; a multi-Page picker is on the roadmap.
- Lead → call delivery runs server-side, so a connected, configured form keeps firing calls even while you’re offline.
