Result Stats
A row of three stat cards summarises your call activity for the window:| Stat | What it counts |

| Calls | Total calls placed in the last 7 days |
| Answered | Calls that were picked up |
| Leads | Answered calls that turned into leads |
Rate Card
When there’s enough activity to calculate them, a highlighted card sits below the stats showing two rates:| Rate | How it’s calculated |
|---|---|
| % of calls answered | Answered calls ÷ total calls |
| % became leads | Leads ÷ answered calls |
Follow-Ups Sent By Your AI
The FOLLOW-UPS SENT BY YOUR AI section shows what your AI did automatically after calls, in two cards:| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| emails | Follow-up emails your AI sent — combines consented emails and missed-call re-engagement emails — sent via your connected inbox |
| missed | Missed calls still worth retrying, labelled calls to retry |
These numbers reflect work the AI already did or queued for you over the last 7 days. To act on individual follow-ups, use the Follow-ups tab.
