The Insights tab gives you a quick read on how your AI Calling has performed over the last 7 days, plus a summary of the follow-ups your AI sent on your behalf. It pulls the same numbers as the web dashboard, formatted for a single glance on your phone. All figures on this tab cover the trailing 7 days — the screen shows a Last 7 days label under the title. To pull the latest numbers, swipe down to refresh.

Result Stats

A row of three stat cards summarises your call activity for the window:
StatWhat it counts
CallsTotal calls placed in the last 7 days
AnsweredCalls that were picked up
LeadsAnswered calls that turned into leads
If a value isn’t available yet, the card shows a dash () instead of a number.

Rate Card

When there’s enough activity to calculate them, a highlighted card sits below the stats showing two rates:

% of calls answeredAnswered calls ÷ total calls
% became leadsLeads ÷ answered calls
The card reads, for example, “42% of calls answered · 18% became leads”. The answer rate appears once you have at least one call; the became-leads rate appears once you have at least one answered call. Either figure shows a dash () when it can’t be calculated yet.

Follow-Ups Sent By Your AI

The FOLLOW-UPS SENT BY YOUR AI section shows what your AI did automatically after calls, in two cards:

missedMissed calls still worth retrying, labelled calls to retry
These numbers reflect work the AI already did or queued for you over the last 7 days. To act on individual follow-ups, use the Follow-ups tab.
