Each trigger row on the Workflows page has its own on/off switch. The switches are independent: pausing Subscriber cancels stops cancellation calls while a live Trial ends without converting workflow keeps running, and vice versa.
  • Pause a workflow (switch off) — Atllas immediately stops placing new recovery calls for that trigger, and stops any automatic retries that were still pending. Nothing else changes: your offer, script, A/B arms, connection, and past results are all preserved.
  • Resume a workflow (switch on) — calling turns back on right away. Any customers who cancelled while the workflow was paused, and any retries that were held, are picked back up automatically — you don’t need to re-enter anything.

Status badges

The card header shows the workflow’s live status at a glance: Pausing never interrupts a call that is already dialing or in progress; it only stops the next call. The status you see is read straight from the engine, so it always reflects what will actually happen.
