CSV Export

Export a spreadsheet of call records including:
  • Caller phone number and name (if captured)
  • Date and time
  • Call duration
  • Lead warmth classification
  • AI summary
  • Any contact details collected during the call
To export:
  1. Go to your AI Receptionist inbox
  2. Click Export in the top right
  3. Choose your date range
  4. Click Download CSV

Transcript Export

Export full transcripts for a date range. Transcripts are delivered as a ZIP archive, with one text file per call inside.

Recording Export

Bulk-download call recordings for a date range. Recordings are delivered as a ZIP archive of MP3 files.

Automated Export via Integrations

For ongoing data sync, use Zapier or webhooks instead of manual exports:
  • Zapier outbound — push call data to Google Sheets, HubSpot, or any connected app after every call
  • Webhooks — send call payloads to your own endpoints in real time

Data Retention

Call records, transcripts, and recordings are retained indefinitely.
