Export your AI Receptionist data to use in CRMs, spreadsheets, or external reporting tools.

CSV export

Export a spreadsheet of call records including:

• Caller phone number and name (if captured)
• Date and time
• Call duration
• Lead warmth classification
• AI summary
• Any contact details collected during the call

To export:

1. Go to your AI Receptionist inbox
2. Click Export in the top right
3. Choose Export CSV from the dropdown. The file downloads immediately

Exports cover all of the chosen receptionist’s call data, but they leave out archived calls. There is no date-range picker.

Transcript export

Choose Download transcripts from the same export control. AtllasX provides an archive with the available call transcripts.

Export recordings

Choose Download recordings to bulk-download the available call recordings. AtllasX provides them in an archive.

Automated export with Integrations

For ongoing data sync, use Zapier or Custom Webhooks instead of manual exports:

• Zapier outbound: push call data to Google Sheets, HubSpot, or any connected app after every call
• Custom Webhooks: send call payloads to your own endpoints in real time
