CSV export

Export a spreadsheet of call records including:
  • Caller phone number and name (if captured)
  • Date and time
  • Call duration
  • Lead warmth classification
  • AI summary
  • Any contact details collected during the call
To export:
  1. Go to your AI Receptionist inbox
  2. Click Export in the top right
  3. Choose Export CSV from the dropdown. The file downloads immediately
Exports cover all of the chosen receptionist’s call data, but they leave out archived calls. There is no date-range picker.

Transcript export

Choose Download transcripts from the same Export dropdown to download full transcripts. hyzl delivers the transcripts as a ZIP archive, with one text file per call inside.

Export recordings

Choose Download recordings to bulk-download call recordings. hyzl delivers the recordings as a ZIP archive of MP3 files.

Automated export with Integrations

For ongoing data sync, use Zapier or Custom Webhooks instead of manual exports:
  • Zapier outbound: push call data to Google Sheets, HubSpot, or any connected app after every call
  • Custom Webhooks: send call payloads to your own endpoints in real time

Data retention

hyzl retains call records, transcripts, and recordings indefinitely.
