Open a receptionist, then choose Voicemail. The scope control can show one receptionist or All receptionists.
All receptionists
The combined view lists recent calls across all receptionist numbers. Each item identifies its receptionist.
Use the item controls to expand the call, mark it read or unread, download available data, or remove it.
The combined view lists newest calls first. Open a specific receptionist when you need its search, priority, or export controls.
One receptionist
The focused view shows that receptionist’s call records. Search the caller number, summary, or transcript speaker and text fields.
Results update about one-quarter second after you stop typing. Search combines with the active view.
Use All for every call, Priority for hot and warm calls, or Unread for unopened calls. Priority sorts by warmth score.
Open a call
Expand a record to review:
- the caller phone number and captured name.
- the date, time, duration, and call status.
- the AI summary and lead warmth.
- the transcript and recording, when available.
- read or unread state.
Call statuses include Answered, Missed, and Failed. Transcripts identify the speaker and timestamp each part of the conversation.
The summary describes who called, what they wanted, and the outcome. Lead warmth can be Hot, Warm, Cold, Dead, or Unknown.

Download an individual recording or transcript from its expanded controls.
Mark call state
Opening a call marks it read. Use the explicit action when you need to restore the unread state.
The AI Receptionist sidebar item shows the unread count.
Hot or warm calls can also enter the Dashboard follow-up queue. Completing that follow-up updates the related call state.
Delete calls
Use each checkbox to choose individual calls. Use Select all to choose every visible call, then click Delete.
Delete calls only after you save required data. Deletion permanently removes their transcripts and recordings from the inbox.
