Reserving a Number
During the receptionist setup wizard:- Navigate to the Phone Number step
- Search for available numbers by area code (e.g. enter
415for San Francisco) - Select a number from the list
- Click Reserve Number
Using the Number
Once reserved, share this number as your business phone number — on your website, Google Business Profile, email signatures, and marketing materials. All calls to this number are handled by your AI Receptionist.Limits
- One number per account. Multiple-number setups are not supported.
- No porting. You can’t bring an existing business phone number into Atllas. The number you reserve here is the only one your receptionist can use.
- Atllas-provisioned only. Numbers must be reserved through the portal. You can’t connect a number from another carrier.
