Lead Warmth Breakdown
For answered calls, the dashboard shows a breakdown by lead warmth — Hot, Warm, and Cold counts — so you can prioritise follow-up effort on the hottest prospects first.Per-Contact Results
Below the summary is the full contact table. See Call Results & Transcripts for details on reading and managing individual call outcomes.Answer Rate by Day & Time (Heatmap)
The Analytics page surfaces a 7-day × 24-hour heatmap of your answer rate so you can see when your recipients are most likely to pick up. The same heatmap is mirrored in the campaign creator under Best times to call.Recipient timezone
Each heatmap is filtered by recipient timezone — the timezone of the recipients you’re calling, not the timezone the chart is displayed in.- Choose a country group (US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia) to pool every recipient in that country.
- Choose a single IANA timezone (e.g. Pacific Time) to narrow to recipients whose phone-number area code resolves to that timezone.
