Lead Warmth Breakdown

For answered calls, the dashboard shows a breakdown by lead warmth — Hot, Warm, and Cold counts — so you can prioritise follow-up effort on the hottest prospects first.

Per-Contact Results

Below the summary is the full contact table. See Call Results & Transcripts for details on reading and managing individual call outcomes.

Answer Rate by Day & Time (Heatmap)

The Analytics page surfaces a 7-day × 24-hour heatmap of your answer rate so you can see when your recipients are most likely to pick up. The same heatmap is mirrored in the campaign creator under Best times to call.

Recipient timezone

Each heatmap is filtered by recipient timezone — the timezone of the recipients you’re calling, not the timezone the chart is displayed in.
  • Choose a country group (US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia) to pool every recipient in that country.
  • Choose a single IANA timezone (e.g. Pacific Time) to narrow to recipients whose phone-number area code resolves to that timezone.
Each call is bucketed in the recipient’s own local time, so the heatmap reads as “the best hour to call recipients in their local time” — selecting United States (all) shows when US recipients answer in their respective timezones, not in yours.

Data freshness

Account-level heatmaps refresh on demand and are cached daily. Platform-wide stats are precomputed nightly across the supported destinations and country groups. Only calls placed on or after 27 February 2026 contribute to the heatmap. Earlier calls are excluded because voicemail classification was less reliable before that date, which biased the answer-rate buckets.
