The Dashboard is your home screen. Open it from Dashboard at the top of the sidebar. After you connect Stripe and/or RevenueCat, it shows a high-level picture of Where you're losing people. The picture is ready before you start calling. The figures are estimates from your billing data, refreshed about once an hour. Use Refresh to recompute on demand, at most once per minute. This is not the full Revenue Recovery analytics page. For the deeper recovery story (funnel, reasons, offer performance), see Recovery Analytics.

Where you are losing people

Three exclusive stages. Each person lands in only one. Use the window control (Last 7 days / Last 30 days / Year to date) to change the period. hyzl labels some numbers estimate when they come from scaled or partial billing signals. If you have not connected a billing provider yet, the board shows a short invitation instead. It invites you to Connect Stripe or Connect RevenueCat. See Connect Stripe and Connect RevenueCat.

Who we can chase

Of the people in those stages, this counts how many you can reach:
  • A phone we can call or text.
  • Email only.
  • No contact.
If phone coverage is low, the board prioritizes adding phones in RevenueCat / Stripe so win-back can reach more people.

Right now

The board shows paying members and monthly recurring revenue per billing source, Stripe and RevenueCat separately. We never combine them into one total, because the two rails can overlap. Large Stripe accounts (thousands of active subscriptions) take a moment longer. The rail shows counting… while we tally your book in the background. The numbers usually fill in within a minute. If your book is beyond what we can tally (over ~10,000 active subscriptions), the Stripe rail stays hidden instead. It also stays hidden when the count hits a temporary error. We never show a partial count as if it were the total.

Set up win-back

Set up win-back takes you into Revenue Recovery setup / workflows. There you can start calling and texting the people who left. How it works opens a short methodology drawer (what each stage means, and that numbers are approximate).

Outbound campaigns

Outbound campaign metrics, follow-ups, and campaign lists live under AI Calling in the sidebar, not on the home Dashboard. Use the header New campaign button (or AI Calling) to create a campaign. For follow-ups queues, see the Follow-ups Dashboard.
