The Dashboard is the home screen for AI Calling. Open it from Dashboard at the top of the sidebar. It has two tabs:
  • Metrics — the analytics overview this page describes: real call data from across all of your active campaigns — your key numbers, a call-volume chart, and a preview of your most recent calls. Archived campaigns are excluded everywhere on the Dashboard, so archiving a campaign removes its calls from these metrics.
  • Follow-ups — your live queue of hot and warm leads that still need attention. Unlike Metrics, it is not filtered by the date range below — it always shows everything currently waiting. See the Follow-ups Dashboard.
Everything on the page reflects live data and updates as your campaigns dial, so it’s the fastest way to see how outreach is performing without opening each campaign individually.

Choosing a Date Range

A range selector at the top of the page drives every number, chart, and the recent-calls preview below it. Pick the window you want to look at:
RangeWhat it shows
DayToday
7 daysThe trailing 7 days, ending today
30 daysThe trailing 30 days, ending today
CustomAny start and end date you choose
Selecting Custom opens a small calendar where you set a Start and End date. Each preset shows the exact dates it resolves to, so there’s no guesswork about which days are included.

Key Metrics

Four cards across the top summarise performance for the selected range. Each card also shows the change compared with the previous equal-length window, so you can tell at a glance whether a number is trending up or down.
MetricWhat it means
Calls PlacedHow many calls were started in the selected range
ConnectedHow many of those calls were answered by a live person
Connect RateThe share of placed calls that connected, shown as a percentage
LeadsHow many qualified leads were identified from connected calls
Watch Connect Rate alongside the call-volume chart below it. If you’re placing plenty of calls but the connect rate is low, the Answer Rate by Day & Time heatmap on the campaign analytics page can help you find better times to call.

Call Volume

The Call volume chart breaks down calls placed per day across the selected range, so you can spot your busiest days and any gaps in activity. Hover over a bar to see the exact count for that day. The busiest day is highlighted so peaks stand out. If no calls were placed in the range, the chart shows an empty state instead.

Campaigns

The Campaigns section is a preview of your campaigns, with the live ones surfaced first so the work in progress is always on top. Each row shows the campaign name, its status (Live, Paused, Completed, or Draft), a progress bar, and how many calls it has placed. Only a handful of campaigns are shown here. When there are more than fit, the most recently updated ones in each status win the spot. To see and manage everything, click View all to open the full campaigns list.

Recent Calls

The Recent Calls section is a preview of your latest calls from across every campaign. Each row shows the contact, the campaign it belongs to, the call status, how long the call lasted, and how long ago it happened. Click a row’s campaign name to jump straight to that campaign. Use the warmth chips above the list — All, Hot, Warm, Cold — to filter the preview to the leads you care about most. This is a quick snapshot, not the full history. To see every call with full search and filters, click Open call log to jump to the Call Logs page.
